Accessibility

Our standard

HiveMasterPro is designed and tested to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the marketing site, the web edition of the Full app, and the iOS / Android Field Tech and Fleet apps.

What we do

• Glove-friendly touch targets. Field Tech and Fleet enforce a 56 px minimum touch target and 1.1× text scaling so the apps are usable in work gloves and bright outdoor lighting.
• Color contrast. All foreground / background combinations meet or exceed 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interactive controls.
• Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element on the marketing site and web app is reachable, focusable, and operable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus rings.
• Screen reader labels. All icons, charts, and decorative SVGs use appropriate aria-hidden or descriptive aria-label attributes; form fields have explicit labels and errors are announced.
• Voice-first inspections. The Full edition supports full voice-driven inspections (Whisper transcription + Claude / Gemini structuring) so you can record an inspection without using your hands.
• Reduced motion. Animations honour the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting.
• Light & dark themes. Both themes are tested to the same contrast standard.
• Localised UI. The Full edition supports English, Spanish, and French throughout the interface, including form labels and error messages.

Known limitations

Yard AR (augmented reality) requires camera access and is inherently a visual experience; an alternative tabular list view is provided for the same data. Some third-party embedded content (for example, Polygon batch verification on PolygonScan) is outside our control.

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and ship a fix or workaround within 30 days for substantiated issues.
