Open Inventory -> Ops -> Fleet & Assets and Add asset
Enter an asset tag, name, type, and optional make/model/year/VIN and cost.

Check assets out and back in
Use the row menu to Check out (job reference, due-back date, condition) or Check in, and to set status (available / in use / maintenance / out of service / retired).
