Manage pollination growers and contracts

Pollination keeps your grower relationships and contracts organized - hive counts, per-hive rates, delivery windows, and strength specs (minimum and average frames of bees), from reusable templates. It works for any crop, coast to coast: almonds, apples, blueberries (lowbush and highbush), cherries, canola, cranberries, and custom crops you add yourself.

Each contract also tracks the field story as the season unfolds: a bloom stage you can update with a dated photo (delivery and payment triggers are often written as "when X% bloom is reached"), pesticide spray notices with urgent crew alerts, a flight-weather log that answers "I don't see your bees working" with data, and a removal clock that counts down from the grower's release notice so late-removal fees never sneak up on you. Every spray notice gets resolved, not just filed: hives moved, hives covered/netted, risk accepted - or kill occurred, which opens a pre-linked kill-event form so the loss is documented for claims while you are still standing in the orchard.
